Medtronic offers a convenient solution for patients with heart devices to maintain a connection with their doctor. The MyCareLink Smart Monitor is a combination of a Reader and an app designed specifically for pacemaker patients, including CRT-P. This innovative system allows patients to easily send remote heart device information to their doctor when they are unable to make it to the clinic or if they are not feeling well.
Please note that the MyCareLink Smart app can only be used with a MyCareLink Smart Reader, which will be prescribed by your doctor. It is important to consult with your doctor and seek their advice before making any medical decisions.
The MyCareLink Smart™ Mobile App provides Medtronic pacemaker patients, including CRT-P, with the following features:
- Ability to send heart device information to your clinic from anywhere you go*, as long as you have your Reader with you
- Access to the date of your most recent heart device information transmission to the clinic
